CSAIA | Single-Blind Review Process Rules
Policy Overview
In accordance with IEEE publication standards, CSAIA adopts a single-blind peer review process for all submitted papers. In this process, the reviewers remain anonymous, while author identities are disclosed to the reviewers. This approach simplifies the submission process and allows reviewers to evaluate submissions with full research context.
Author Submission Requirements
- Author & Affiliation Information
Author names, affiliations and email addresses must be included on the title page of the paper.
- Acknowledgments & Funding
Acknowledgments, funding support, and project grants may be added in the submission.
- References & Citations
Authors may cite their prior work normally. No anonymization is required.
- Supplementary Materials
Figures, metadata, external links, and other relevant materials may contain identifiable information.
Consequences of Violation
Non-compliance with the above rules may result in rejection without review.
Final accepted papers must comply with the IEEE formatting requirements before publication.
CSAIA 2026 Peer Review Process
Step 1: Manuscript Submission
Authors submit manuscripts via the CSAIA 2026 online submission system. All submissions must follow the conference formatting guidelines and single-blind review requirements.
Step 2: Single-Blind Peer Review
Each qualified paper is assigned to 2–3 independent peer reviewers in the relevant field. Reviewers evaluate submissions based on novelty, technical quality, and contribution to the field. Reviewer identities are not disclosed to authors.
Step 3: Final Decision & Peer Confirmation
The editorial committee issues final results (Accept / Reject). Authors complete revisions and submit the final peer. Approved papers are included in the CSAIA 2026 conference proceedings.
