Submission Process

Account Registration → Submission (via the online submission system) → Peer Review → Acceptance/Rejection → Final Paper Submission (via email to the Organizing Committee) → Conference Participation

Submission Guideline

  • Authors are invited to submit original, unpublished papers in English on their research relevant to the conference topics and theme. Submission of any manuscript that contains redundant or duplicate publication of the same or very similar research work violates the policies of publication and will be rejected.
  • Each accepted papers MUST be registered at least as one live/in-person registration, and the author needs to prepare a 10-minute PPT if his paper is selected as an oral presentation. This is mandatory for including the paper in the proceedings.
  • No strict typesetting is required before your initial submission but please refer to the Manuscript Templates for basic layout and format.
  • Each paper is required to be at least 6 pages long.
  • Manuscripts are required to submitted via the online submission system.
  • Manuscripts should not be simultaneously considered for publication elsewhere.
  • The final version of all accepted papers must be submitted to the email address: info@iccsaia.org on/before XXX (TBC).
