Presenter Guidelines
Instructions for Oral Presentation
-
Each paper has a total time allocation of 10 minutes. Please plan to speak for 7 minutes, reserving 3 minutes for questions. It is imperative not to exceed this allotted time. Prioritize rehearsal to ensure a seamless presentation, including slide projection and any other activities expected during the meeting. Exceeding the allotted time is considered discourteous to your audience and other presenters.
-
Presenters must deliver their papers in a live format, either offline or online, as scheduled, with a Q&A session afterward. Online presenters will receive the necessary links via email two days before the conference.
-
Ensure your presentation is well-structured, encompassing essential elements from the formal paper, such as the problem, background, innovative approach, new results, and any comparative evaluations the author wishes to present.
-
Prepare an appropriate number of PowerPoint slides, aiming not to exceed the time limit. A general guideline is one slide per minute. Keep slides uncluttered; avoid overcrowding with text and graphics. Strive for a visually engaging and informative presentation.
-
Finalize your PowerPoint presentation and submit it by November 5th, 2025, to [email protected]. In case the file size is substantial, kindly share a drive link with open access. Your cooperation in adhering to these guidelines is greatly appreciated and contributes to the success of the conference.
